We want your order to reach you quickly and safely, so here's everything you need to know about how we ship at Her Style Era.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs
Free shipping on all orders over $100.
Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate, 5-7 business days, for orders under $100.
Free local delivery within 20km of Melbourne's west.
Express Shipping will be available soon.

Order Tracking
All parcels sent via Standard Shipping include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. This does not apply to local deliveries within 20km of Melbourne's west.

International Shipping
At this stage, Her Style Era only ships within Australia. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link. If your order is a local delivery, or you have any questions, contact us at amy@herstyleera.com.au and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know right away. While courier issues are out of our control, we'll do our best to assist you with a claim and ensure you're looked after.
