We want your order to reach you quickly and safely, so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship at Her Style Era.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Standard Shipping: $12.00 flat rate 5-7 Business days

• Express Shipping will be available soon.

Order Tracking

• All parcels include tracking.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

At this stage, Her Style Era only ships within Australia. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know right away. While courier issues are out of our control, we’ll do our best to assist you with a claim and ensure you’re looked after.
