Her Style Era Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your new pieces from Her Style Era. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, headwear, intimates and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return

Email amy@herstyleera.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Please use a tracked service, as Her Style Era cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds and store credits

Approved returns are processed as either a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

If the returned item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Refunds can take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Faulty or incorrect items
