Free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and if there's ever a delay, we'll let you know. If you're local, you also get free delivery within 20km of Melbourne's west, which means free exchanges too. So, if you want to swap a size or send something back, delivery on that is free as well.

14 day returns available on eligible items. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please note earrings, headwear, intimates and sale items are final sale. To get started, send an email with your order details to amy@herstyleera.com.au to check if you're eligible. Approved returns are processed as a store credit or refund to your original payment method, refunds take 5 to 7 business days and store credits are valid for 6 months. Return postage is the customer's responsibility and at their own cost.

We try our best to stock sizes 8 to 20 in every piece. As we've since discovered, it can be quite tricky with some wholesalers, so you can rest assured we're pushing them to do better. In the meantime, we try our best to have all size runs but can't always guarantee it. Each product page includes size and fit guidance so you can shop with confidence. We're currently remodelling how we present this information to make sure it's as accurate as possible, so please be patient if a garment doesn't have this yet, we're updating it as we go.
